GOLDEN OATS
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 15g chia seeds
- 1 medium banana
- Coconut flour (it adds a great coconutty taste and cakey texture)
- Coconut sugar
- Vitalising superpowder
- 200ml soya milk
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Microwave on full power for 1 minute
- Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds (it will depend on your microwave)
- Enjoy!
