Carrot Cake Oats
Ingredients
Porridge
- 50g Gluten-free oats
- 1 Dessert spoon chia seeds
- 1 Small carrot
- 1 Dessert spoon coconut flour
- 1 tbsp Coconut sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 200 ml Almond milk
Topping
- 1 Dessert spoon powdered peanut butter
- 1/2 Dessert spoon coconut flour
- 1 Splash of almond milk
- 1 Dessert spoon raisins
- 1 Dessert spoon hemp seeds
- 1 Dessert spoon maple syrup
Method
- To make the oats, combine the dry porridge ingredients until well combined
- Add the almond milk until all the mixture is wet
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly in between
- Once cooked to your liking, mix together the powdered peanut butter, flour and milk until it forms a thick paste
- Stir this mix into the oats, along with the raisins, seeds and syrup
