Vegan no-bake chocolate cookies

Ingredients

1) 6 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in water for a few hours
2) A pinch of sea salt
3) 1tbsp Tahini
4) 30g Protein powder
5) 40g Soya crispies
6) 30g Organic coconut sugar
7) 25g Organic cacao powder

Method

In your blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until you achieve a thick but well-combined consistency.
2) Once well-combined, add another 20g of crispies and 15g of cacao nibs to give the cookies some chunks.
3) DivideĀ into 4 and then form into cookie shapes which are ready to eat!
