Vegan no-bake chocolate cookies

Ingredients

  • 6 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in water for a few hours
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1tbsp Tahini
  • 30g Protein powder
  • 40g Soya crispies
  • 30g Organic coconut sugar
  • 25g Organic cacao powder

Method

  1. In your blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until you achieve a thick but well-combined consistency.
  2. Once well-combined, add another 20g of crispies and 15g of cacao nibs to give the cookies some chunks.
  3. DivideĀ into 4 and then form into cookie shapes which are ready to eat!
