Spirulina + Wheatgrass Energy Balls


  • 150g hazelnuts 
  • 2 tsp wheatgrass powder
  • 2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1/2 cup dried goldenberries
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 5 medjool dates 
  • 2 tsp vanilla powder 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or any other nut butter)
  • Pinch sea salt 


  1. Put the hazelnuts to your food processor and blitz until you get a fine crumb. 
  2. Add in all the other ingredients and blitz until the mix comes together. With wet hands roll the mix into bite-sized balls. Allow to chill in the fridge for about half an hour before eating.
