Ingredients

1) In a blender, add 1 cup self-raising flour (for thickness), 1/2 cup oats, 1tsp baking powder, 2tsp cinnamon, 1tbsp chia seeds, and 2-3tbsp Omega 3 superpowder

2) Give this a little shake so it’s well-combined

3) Add 2tbs maple syrup and 1 cup soy milk, blend on high for 30 seconds

3) Heat a pan over medium-high heat and spray with oil
4) Add 2-3tbsp of the mix to the pan (depending on your preferred size of pancake) and cook for a few minutes each side until browned
5) Layer up and top with a sweetened yogurt and cacao-covered goldenberries, which will melt into the pancakes!
