1) Mix together 3/4 cup self-raising flour, 1 scoop unflavoured protein powder, 1/2 cup oats, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1tsp baking powder, 15g chia seeds, 2tsp coconut sugar, 10g wheatgrass powder and 5g Spirulina powder (until well combined)
2) Stir in 1 cup plant-based milk (we used soya)
3) Heat a small spoonful of coconut oil in a pan
4) Spoon the batter onto the pan to form Pancakes of any size you prefer, and fry for a few minutes each side until brown
We stacked ours up and topped with peanut butter, mulberries and maple syrup!
