Ingredients

  • ¾ cup self-raising flour
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 scoop unflavoured protein powder
  • 15g chia seeds
  • 1tsp caking powder
  • 2tsp coconut sugar
  • 20g Vitalising superpowder
  • 1tsp turmeric

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Once well-combined, add 1 cup of soya milk and mix well
  3. Heat a frying pan with coconut oil (or any other oil you prefer)
  4. Add spoonfuls of the mixture to the pan and fry for a few minutes each side
  5. Remove from the pan when brown/golden
