Ingredients

  • 50g Oats
  • 15g Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Vitalising superpowder
  • 1tsp Coconut sugar (for sweetness), mango, half a banana and and 150ml soy milk
  • Strawberries, blueberries, passionfruit jam and peanut butter

Method

  1. In a breakfast bowl, combine 50g oats, 15g chia seeds, 1 tbsp powder, 1tsp coconut sugar (for sweetness), mango, half a banana and 150ml soy milk
  2. Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight
  3. In the morning, top with the other half of banana, strawberries, blueberries, passionfruit jam and peanut butter for an energy-boosting and satisfying breakfast!
