- 50g Oats
- 15g Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Vitalising superpowder
- 1tsp Coconut sugar (for sweetness), mango, half a banana and and 150ml soy milk
- Strawberries, blueberries, passionfruit jam and peanut butter
- In a breakfast bowl, combine 50g oats, 15g chia seeds, 1 tbsp powder, 1tsp coconut sugar (for sweetness), mango, half a banana and 150ml soy milk
- Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight
- In the morning, top with the other half of banana, strawberries, blueberries, passionfruit jam and peanut butter for an energy-boosting and satisfying breakfast!
