Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 15g chia seeds
  • 1 medium banana
  • Coconut flour (it adds a great coconutty taste and cakey texture)
  • Coconut sugar
  • Vitalising superpowder
  • 200ml soya milk

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Microwave on full power for 1 minute
  3. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds (it will depend on your microwave)
  4. Enjoy!
